@Jack – Jack Dorsey, the co-founder of Twitter and now former CEO resigned on 29 November. Coming as a shock to many the CEO has been dabbling in crypto currency for sometime amongst other projects such as Square, Cash App and Tidal.

In a long letter which he posted onto his twitter page, @Jack shared his announcement with the world which recieved,

The same day that @Jack resigned, he then appointed with the help from the board another engineer and staff member named Parag Agrawal.

The following day the new CEO Agrawal, posted a tweet from October 26 2010, which some might say as very controversial about Caucasian people and can be seen as “Cancel culture” because that tweet went viral 10 years after it was Tweeted.

In an attempt to save face, Twitter then did a press release or what appeared to be a press release the next day, with a news article appearing on the right saying column of news saying how it was just a tweet commenting on a show by Jimmy Fallon of the late night show.

Others commented saying and suggesting to leave the platform altogether. Only time will tell what will happen next and what the new CEO is really like, because if it was the other way around he would have been fired.
